The Highlights Of Each Workout

  • The Fundamentals Of Post Play Workout

    This workout will breakdown the basics on post play to help beginners lay the foundation to their post game. Also, this will help more advanced players correct bad habits to prepare them for the more advanced post moves. We’ll concentrate on footwork and basic moves throughout these drills.

  • Low Post Workout

    The Low Post Workout will expand on the fundamental workout. You will learn more low post moves and how to use your strong and weak hand. Additionally, you will learn how to use your body to shield off defenders while finishing in the paint. After completing this workout you will be confident to implement these low post moves into your game.

     

  • Mid Post Workout

    Here, you will begin to work further away from the basket. We will teach you 5 mid post moves you can use when you face up your defender. Additionally, we introduce how to handle the ball screen. You will learn how to roll, slip and pop a screen and when to use them. After mastering this workout you will begin to feel more comfortable in multiple areas on the court.

  • High Post Workout

    This is one of the most important workouts in the program. In todays game, post players need to be comfortable away from the basket and be able to stretch the floor. This workout will teach you 5 high post moves to make you a threat from the 3 point line. You will also learn moves when you trail a play in transition. After completing this workout you will begin to gain respect all over the court.

  • The Finishing Test

    The test is broken up into two parts, the warmup and the actual test. However, the warm-up is more than just that. It’s basically a workout in itself so you are actually improving your finishing before the actual test portion. During the test you will be tested on all four aspects of finishing: the basic, your weak hand, finesse finishing, and finishing over the trees. Once you have completed the test, you’ll be able to see which areas you need to focus on and be able to keep track of your progress in your Test Score Sheets throughout your program.
