Highlights Of Each Workout

  • Week 1

    This will lay down the foundation of your entire ball handling package by working on an array of skills. For example, ball control, hand speed, coordination and basic moves. We must establish the basic before moving on to our more advanced moves.

  • Week 2

    During this week we will emphasis selling your crossover moves and your footwork. We’ll also challenge your ball control even more by introducing more difficult ball control drills and combo moves. After going through this week, you’ll be able to effectively use a variety of simple yet, necessary crossovers that lead right into the next week.

  • Week 3

    This is where you’ll see your BIGGEST improvements. You’ll continue to build on your combo moves series and work on becoming elusive and shifty. That way you can create space from defenders and keep  them on their heels.

  • Week 4

    Now, you will put it all together and shift it to overdrive. Here you’ll do our most advanced drills that will challenge your entire ball handling package. Which include hand speed, ball control, footwork and explosiveness. You will also work on your ability to combine different killer crossovers that will put your handles at an all time.

  • HMH Test

    You will be tested on all the necessary skills you need to have in order to an Elite Level Ball Handler. You will be tested on your hand speed, ball control, your ability to do a variety of combo moves and how well you can change speeds and direction. Upon completing your program you will be able to see results that will translate to the game!

    In your Handbook, you will receive all the rules, tips and information you need to know to complete HMH. It will also contain, all of your workout guides, your workout log and your HMH Test.

  • How To Video

    In this video, you will learn step-by-step on how to use Home Made Handles and how to get the most out of each workout. You will also learn how to transfer your program to your mobile device or smartphone.

  • 5 SnapShot Videos

    Your SnapShot Videos will show you a live demonstration of every move and drill in HMH. It will also give you the rep counts and points of emphasis in each drill. After watching each video, you will know exactly how to do the entire workout but you can also refer back to them at any time.

  • Workout Log

    Your workout log contains your workout schedule and it is also where you keep track of your progression. Here is where you keep track of daily workouts and how well you did so you can see your improvement over time.
